MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock

Spinach
200 g
Eggs
lightly beaten

Corn Starch
2 tbsp
Water
850 ml
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Sugar
to taste

How to cook

Prepare the soup base

  • Mix the MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock with water and bring it to a simmer in a soup pot.
  • Add in the spinach.
  • Add in salt, sugar and pepper to taste.
  • Add in a mixture of corn starch and water.
  • Stir well to ensure it is mixed thoroughly.

Add in the eggs

  • Lightly beat the eggs.
  • Use a ladle to stir the soup in a circular motion, and slowly drizzle in the egg.
